Dave Minor, Co-Founder
Before Dave was 21 years old, he had already been a retail location manager for a national video rental company and was well on his way to becoming the serial entrepreneur he is today.
Dave started early, opening his first business at age 23 and he never looked back. Over the years, he has owned ventures in the retail, home services, consulting, vending and automotive industries. These businesses include business started up from the ground up, purchased from prior owners and a franchise business.
Dave also has worked as a franchise consultant. In this capacity, he helped hundreds of new franchise buyers evaluate franchise opportunities and advised them in the purchasing process. These experiences provide a very unique insight into small business that very few people have the diversity of experiences to possess.

He is a relentless student of the American small business experience and has pursued every avenue in educating himself in the American Dream of business ownership. His success in business is due to this and his unyielding drive not just to success but to do it in a way that never compromised his beliefs and principles.
​
He is a father of two daughters Alexis (16) and Addison (11). When he is not working he enjoys woodworking, watching movies (not streaming) and spending time with his family.

Richard Hendry, Co-Founder
Richard began his life working nights and weekends for his father's small construction company when he was 10 years old. Richard was not only born into a small business family, he was born to own small businesses.
​
Richard entered into retail management before he was 18 years old and held over 35 management positions in major hospitality and retail chains before beginning his small business adventure.
​
Richard has owned and operated businesses in the food service, natural health, construction, consulting, event management and advertising industries. He has authored 21 books, hosted radio shows and produced content for just about every content channel you can imagine. (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Etc.).
​
Richard’s most interesting small business story was with the 80’s rock music festival “80’s in the Park.” He and his son Kyle started this business with less and one thousand dollar start up budget. The concert series lasted six years entertained 35 thousand delighted fans and hosted 140 national charting bands during its run.

Richard is a father of four Kyle, Lucas, Olivia and Taylor. He is grandfather of two wonderful children Finn and Isla. In his spare time he enjoys his family, watching movies and CREATING CONTENT.
